You don’t have to break the bank or stress to lose weight,with simple routines of taking smoothies very early in the morning, you can be sure to shed some fat, here are five simple smoothies you can make from the comfort of your home.

  1. Cucumber Smoothie

Cucumbers are greet for weight loss because they help flush out excess water and toxins from the body, making you lose weight. All you have to do is chop your cucumber into small pieces and blend. You can add lemon or lime juice to taste.

2. Banana Smoothie

Bananas are good for weight loss because they are low in calories. All you need for this recipe are ; Banana, low fat milk and Honey. Blend all ingredients smooth and your Smoothie is ready.

3. Spinach ( ugu) Smoothie

spinach is low in fat and calories, it is also high in fiber and other nutrients which makes it perfect for weight loss. All you have to do is blend the spinach spinach and you are good to good.

4. Mango Smoothie

Mangoes have been known to remove oxidative stress on the body. To ake Mango Smoothie, blend you mango,you can also add ginger or low fat milk to taste.

5. Avocado Smoothie

Avocado is a great source of Vitamin K, which prevents blood clotting, which in turn reduces cholesterol. Blend your avocado and your Smoothie is ready.

In conclusion, it does not have to cost you too much money or stress to lose weight, keeping to this simple smoothies routine, can give you the change you desire.
