Cashews promotes health benefits like healthy heart, strong nerve and muscle function and improved bone and oral health.  It helps with diabetes, anaemia, and gallstones. It promotes healthy immune system. Cashews are packed with proteins and minerals like copper, calcium, magnesium, iron potassium and zinc. It’s enriched with vitamin C, B vitamins like riboflavin, niacin, folate, vitamin E and vitamin K. It has a good quantity of monounsaturated fat and low amount of polyunsaturated fats with no cholesterol content when eaten in moderation.

Promote production of Red Blood Cell

Cashews have high content of copper, which helps in the metabolism of iron, helping in the formation of red blood cells (RBC), and helping to keep the bones and immune system healthy. It is also important for the nervous and skeletal system of the body. A deficiency of copper in the body may result in osteoporosis, irregular heartbeats, and anaemia.

Reduces Risk of Anaemia

Cashews contain dietary iron which is vital for carrying oxygen around the body and aids in the functioning of enzymes and the immune system.

Heart Healthy

Cashews are a good source of healthy dietary fats, which are essential for our body to absorb the fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin A, D, E, and K) and produce fatty acids that are vital for the development of the brain and blood clotting. 

Boost Immune System

Cashews contain zinc, which plays a vital role in the strengthening of the immune system against microbial infections, and the healing of wounds. It is extremely important during pregnancy for the growth of the baby and the developmental years of childhood to maintain a healthy body.

 Please be sure that you’re not allergic to cashews. Some of these allergies are stomach pain, difficulty in breathing, kidney stones and others.
