Exercise; physical exercise is an important self-care practice, it promotes overall well-being, it also boosts your immunity, and reduces the risk of illnesses. You can engage in any form of exercise you engage whether it’s yoga, jogging, running, or swimming.

Sleep; getting sufficient and quality sleep is very important, prioritize a consistent and sufficient sleep schedule, it is vital for your overall well-being, aim for 6 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Quality sleep rejuvenates you which in turn leads to increased productivity.

Detox; this is not normal detoxification, this is digital detoxification where you take a break from screens and social media, this is important as it helps reduce mental clutter and improve focus. You can engage in a hobby during this period or spend time with family and friends.

Journaling; is an essential self-care practice, it helps you articulate your thoughts, feelings, and emotions which promotes self-awareness and emotional processing. You can also express gratitude through journaling.
