The immune system works hard to keep our body healthy and it is influenced by many factors. We will highlight some factors that build our immune system.

1.Eating lots of fruits and vegetables.

2.Regular Physical Exercise.

  2. Avoid destructive lifestyle e.g. smoking, excessive alcohol drinking.
  3. Staying up to date with recommended vaccination.
  4. Hydrate, drink lots of water.
  5. Minimize stress.
