Drink water: Water is vital for a healthy life. Ensure you take enough water throughout the day. It helps remove toxins from the body.
Take your green tea: It contains antioxidants and bioactive compounds. It helps with brain function and protect against diabetes, Alzheimer, Parkinson and many forms of cancer. The best way to take green tea is without sugar. But if you can’t, then add a little honey.
Take time to de-stress: While doing your normal activities for the day, you might be stress. You can beat this stress by taking a moment from your day to relax, take deep breaths and mediate.
Don’t play with your fruits and vegetables: You need to take your 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. It provides the essential nutrients and minerals that your body needs to function properly.
