Ingredients;
*Spinach
*scotch bonnet( ata rodo)
*onions
*palm oil
*locust beans(Iru)
*protein( assorted meat such as cow meat, goat meat etc.)
*salt
*crayfish
*seasoning cubes
*smoked fish and stock fish
How to Prepare;
* Blend your scotch bonnet and onion together.
*In a pan, add palm oil, once it is hot, pour your blended scotch bonnet and onion, after frying, add your Iru, salt and seasonings to taste.
*Allow to fry a little, after frying, add your assorted meat, stock fish, smoke fish and the stock.
*Allow to boil for 10 minutes, then add your spinach and all to cook for 5 minutes.
There you have it, in four easy steps, your spinach stew is ready, it can be served with boiled rice or any swallow of your choice.
