1 Running helps the brain get oxygen. Our brain gets oxygen through belly breathing, since running makes us breathe harder,it means when we run, our brains get more oxygen,once the brain gets more oxygen, it helps the brain develops more, and it helps in learning and retention.
2. Running improve the heart. The faster we move, the more blood we pump, and this means blood circulates well to our heart. Once blood circulates well to the heart, it reduces risk for heart disease, so it is safe to say running reduces heart diseases.
3. Running improves bone density. This is because running makes your bones stronger, it creates a good bone metabolic activity, this translates to increased calcium intake by the bones which increases bone density.
4. Running helps in improving sleeping habits. Running makes one sleep better, it helps you fall asleep quickly ,and improves sleep quality.
5. Running improves the knee and back. This is because, running helps lubricate your joint knee and build new cartilage. Also, the more you run, the more it develops the joint and protect against osteoarthritis in the future.
